Six practice areas, each delivered by the person who scoped it. Rates are published below; there is no discovery-call gate before a number.
Full-Stack AI Agents
Most automation stalls at the demo. A script that summarises a ticket is easy; a system that reliably opens, triages, escalates, and closes thousands of them without a human watching is an engineering problem. We build the second kind.
An engagement starts with the workflow itself — where work arrives, who touches it, what "correct" means, and where it currently breaks. From there we build the agent, the tool surface it is allowed to call, and the guardrails that decide when it must stop and ask a person. Everything runs against real traffic before it is trusted with real work.
We deliver the agent, the integration layer, the observability to see what it did and why, and a written runbook your own team can operate. No black boxes, no vendor lock-in: the code and the credentials stay yours.
Typical scope: document intake and routing, multi-system data reconciliation, scheduled report generation, customer-facing triage, internal research assistants, and the evaluation harnesses that prove they work.
Supply Chain Optimization
Supply chains fail quietly: a forecast drifts, a reorder point goes stale, a lane gets expensive, and nobody notices until the quarter is wrong. The fix is rarely a new ERP. It is making the numbers you already have trustworthy and putting them in front of someone in time to act.
We audit the flow from purchase order to delivery — lead times, safety stock, reorder logic, carrier performance, and the spreadsheets bridging the gaps — then rebuild the weak links with agile, measurable processes.
Deliverables are concrete: a reconciled demand signal, documented reorder rules with the arithmetic shown, exception reports that surface only what needs a decision, and a dashboard that matches the operational reality rather than the system's opinion of it.
We work in the tools you already run where possible. Replacing a system is a last resort, not a first recommendation.
Telecom Infrastructure
Telecom projects fail at the seams — between design and build, between the vendor's scope and yours, between the cutover plan and the night it actually happens. We sit in those seams.
Work covers network architecture and capacity planning, vendor evaluation and scope definition, site and circuit readiness, cutover runbooks, and the acceptance testing that proves a link does what the contract says. We have run deployments where the constraint was spectrum, where it was a landlord, and where it was a regulatory filing deadline.
Engagements are usually part-time and advisory: a standing review of designs and schedules, an escalation path when a vendor slips, and someone who has done the cutover before sitting in the room the night it runs.
We also handle the unglamorous half — asset registers, circuit inventories, and documentation that survives staff turnover.
Operational Readiness
A system can scale and an organisation still cannot. Readiness work answers a blunt question: if volume tripled next quarter, what breaks first, and who would notice?
We assess against the functions that actually carry load — incident response, on-call coverage, change management, capacity forecasting, vendor relationships, and the undocumented knowledge held by two or three people. Each gap gets a severity, an owner, and a cost to close.
The output is a prioritised readiness plan tied to your growth milestones, plus the artefacts to execute it: runbooks, escalation matrices, service definitions, and rehearsal exercises that test the plan before a real event does.
This is the work that gets skipped when a launch is close, and it is the reason launches stay stable six months later.
Product Rollout
Rollouts go wrong on the calendar, not in the code. Dependencies land late, the launch window is fixed, and the testing that gets cut is always the same testing.
We build the rollout plan backwards from the date — what must be true a week out, a month out, a quarter out — and then run the dependencies as a tracked programme rather than a status meeting. Every external dependency gets an owner, a date, and an escalation path that does not require a crisis to use.
We stay through the launch, not up to it: the cutover, the first week of real traffic, the rollback decision if it comes, and the retrospective with findings your team acts on.
Scope commonly includes packaging and release engineering, staged rollout and feature flagging, migration and data cutover, support readiness, and the go-to-market coordination with whoever owns the customer.
Team Enablement
Consulting that leaves a dependency is not finished. Enablement is the part where your people become able to run what we built.
We work alongside teams rather than lecturing at them: pairing on real tickets, reviewing real pull requests, running the retrospective that actually changes something, and writing the internal documentation that survives the next reorganisation.
Coverage includes agile delivery mechanics that fit your constraints rather than a textbook, CI/CD and release tooling, testing strategy, incident review practice, and technical writing standards so knowledge stops living in one person's head.
We measure success by what the team ships without us, and we plan the handover from the first week rather than the last.
