Avalex Consulting provides agile strategy and execution services across AI, telecom, supply chain, and operational readiness. Our engagement model is project-based or subscription-based as agreed in writing.

5. Limitation of Liability

Avalex Consulting, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our Services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement in accordance with the terms specified in your service agreement. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our platforms if terms are violated.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms as our services evolve. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
